The thing about NUMBER NINE

NUMBER NINE (2019) “Things”

I am back with my own virtual show from lockdown. I don’t even know where to start when talking about “Things”. I am fascinated by things in general and right now I have time to look at all of my things and think about their meaning or the lack of it. “Things” is a triptych inspired by Georges Perec’s novel, which I had on my mind when working on these assemblages. After their last exhibition, they moved to my house, currently fixed to the wall right above my desk. They have joined all of the other things that surround me. One thing is sure, I have a lot of things.
